Today (23rd May 2022), Villa College held a leadership training for the staff of Villa College at Villa College QI Hall. This training was conducted by two of the international keynote speakers visiting the Maldives for the MAHRP National HR Convention, Kenneth Kwan, Leadership and Change Expert and Kiruba Shankar, Digital Entrepreneur. Accompanying them was also the President of Maldives Association for Human Resource Professionals(MAHRP), Mr. Afeef Hussain. The purpose of this training session was to further develop leadership skills among Villa College staff.

During the training, Kenneth Kwan, spoke about the importance of helping people be more solution-focused, which involves creating possibilities, identifying success and forward momentum. Kiruba Shankar stressed more about the power of sharing wisdom and how we should cultivate a culture where wisdom and knowledge is made more accessible to everyone. The training ended after a few remarks by Mr. Afeef Hussain.
